’Tis the Season… To Celebrate Christmas In July!
The Elves at Elfster have been very busy this summer and we’re ready to celebrate our brand new Instagram account by sharing our holiday spirit with you! Enter our Christmas in July contest for a chance to win a $100 Amazon gift card!
Announcing Elfster’s First Instagram Photo Contest — Christmas in July. The rules are simple:

- Take a picture of any item, person, or activity to celebrate Christmas in July
- Tag it with #ElfsterXmasInJuly
The entry with the most likes by the end of the contest period will be declared the winner! Now show us how you celebrate.
Social Media Contest Official Rules
ELIGIBILITY: The contest is open only to Legal Residents of the Fifty (50) United States, District of Columbia, and Canada who are at least 18 years of age. Elfster employees and their immediate families (“Sponsor”) are not eligible to enter or win. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (“Official Rules”) and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are binding and final on matters relating to this contest. No purchase is necessary. Contest void where prohibited. All federal, state and local laws & regulations apply.
TO ENTER: The contest entry period begins at 12:00am on June 25, 2014 PDT and ends at 11:59pm on July 31, 2014 PDT (the “Contest Period”, GMT-7). The only way to enter the contest is by the following method:
1) Post a photo of how you are celebrating Christmas in July on Instagram with the hashtag #ElfsterXmasInJuly and follow @elfstergram.
All entries become the property of Sponsor. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for lost, late, incomplete, incorrect, or misdirected entries. Use of a false email account will disqualify an entry. Sponsor, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person who tampers with the entry process or the operation of the web site, or who otherwise violates these rules. By entering, entrants accept and agree to abide by the terms of these Official Rules and Conditions.
Participation of the contest constitutes consent for Sponsor to obtain your name, address, telephone number and other information for the purpose of administering this contest. In addition, entering the contest constitutes your consent for Sponsor to use your information to send you marketing communication, promotions and special offers they feel may be of interest to you. You may opt-out from receiving further marketing communication from Sponsor by following opt-out instructions sent by Sponsor. Any entry that does not include all required information and adhere to the foregoing and following requirements will be considered void and will not be considered in this contest.
PRIZE SELECTION: Winner will be selected based upon the entrant who receives the most likes.
PRIZE DETAILS: The winner will receive an Amazon gift card in the amount of $100.00
The prize package is not redeemable in cash and must be accepted as awarded. Prizes are not transferable. All expenses not specified above, including, without limitation, all federal, state and local taxes, and international tariffs, are the sole responsibility of the individual winners.
LIABILITY: By entering the contest, entrants release Elfster and its officers, agents, designees, faculty and employees from any and all claims based on the use of any images or other creative content provided in connection with the contest and agree to indemnify and hold Elfster harmless from any and all claims by third parties, including any claim based on allegation of copyright infringement. In accepting the prize, the winner acknowledges that Elfster and its affiliates, subsidiaries, representatives, advertising, promotion and publicity agencies are not in any way responsible or liable for damages, loss or injury resulting from entrants’ participation in this contest or the acceptance, possession, shipping and handling, loss, use or misuse of any prizes awarded in this contest. Entrants and Winners assume sole liability for injuries, including personal injuries and/or damage to property, caused or claimed to be caused by participating in this contest or the acceptance, possession, shipping and handling, loss, use or misuse of any prize awarded. Sponsor has the right to cancel, terminate or modify this contest if it cannot be completed as planned due to computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, technical failures, or other conditions beyond Sponsor’s control, including, without limitation, insufficient volume of eligible entries, and to select winners from eligible entries received on or before the termination date Sponsor is not responsible for any failure to contact entrants, whether due to technical or human error.
PUBLICITY GRANT: The Participants & Winner, by acceptance of prize, except where legally prohibited, grants permission for Sponsor and its designees to use his/her name, company name, address (city and state), photograph, contest entry, and/or other likeness and prize information for advertising, trade and promotional purposes without further compensation, in all media now known or hereafter discovered, worldwide in perpetuity, without notice or review or approval.
